Eduardo Ayuela, co-founder of Ayuela Jiménez and head of the firm’s Commercial Law, Corporate Disputes and Arbitration department, is a prominent lawyer specialising in Commercial Law, with extensive experience advising national and international companies on various projects. He was educated at renowned institutions, such as the Instituto de Empresa, where he completed a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy (LLM), and the Università degli Studi di Roma Tre, where he obtained his Laurea in Law.
With an outstanding professional career, Eduardo has worked in prestigious law firms, such as Uría Menéndez and Mapfre, acquiring solid experience in corporate disputes, commercial contracts, corporate governance and arbitration.
A strong advocate of arbitration, he has acted as arbitrator and counsel in various domestic and international arbitrations.
Eduardo is also actively involved in the academic field, lecturing on the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at ISDE Law & Business School, on the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universidad Europea, and on the Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Business Administration at IE University. His dedication to teaching reflects his commitment to training future lawyers.
