Lucía Astarloa Araluce, partner at Ayuela Jiménez, is a lawyer with extensive experience advising national and international companies on various aspects relating to commercial contracts, corporate governance and corporate litigation. Specialised in the resolution of disputes arising within companies, she has an extensive career in commercial litigation, an area in which she has obtained unique and innovative judicial resolutions in the field of corporate disputes. She also has extensive experience in statutory arbitration and litigation related to M&A transactions.
She holds a degree in Law and a Diploma in Business Studies (E-1-E) from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), a postgraduate degree in accounting and financial statement analysis from the Universidad Pompeu Fabra and, subsequently, a Higher Course in Arbitration taught by the Universidad San Pablo CEU and the International Arbitration Centre (CIArb).
She is also an associate lecturer at centres of recognised prestige, giving classes on corporate law issues.
