ION MENDIZÁBAL PÉREZ

Ion Mendizábal Pérez is the Partner in charge of the Employment Department at Ayuela & Jiménez. With extensive experience in the comprehensive management of Human Resources policies, Ion specialises in labour law, wages and salaries, remuneration systems, personnel selection, training, communication, evaluation, labour relations and occupational risk prevention.

Ion has held prominent roles in various organisations, such as Head of Legal & HR at micampus Residencias and Human Resources Director at Gaursa and NEINOR HOMES. His solid background includes HR policy management in the construction sector and his experience in collective bargaining is recognised by his time at Ascobi – Bieba (Association of Builders and Developers of Vizcaya).

Ion has an outstanding academic background, having obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the University of Deusto and an exchange year in Italy at the LUISS Business School. He is also pursuing a PhD in Labour Law at the University of Deusto and has completed a Master in Legal Practice.

In addition to his work at Ayuela & Jiménez, Ion also shares his knowledge as a lecturer at universities, both in undergraduate and master’s degrees.
